What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom clothing?

30 pieces per colour per style. Sizes can be mixed freely within each colour, and you can combine several colours in the same production run — so a 3-colour capsule starts at 90 pieces total.

Can I order one sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Every apparel style has a 'Buy 1 for Sample' option. Custom development samples from your own tech pack or sketch take 7–14 days, and the sample cost is credited against your first bulk order.

How much does small-batch linen clothing cost per piece?

Unit price depends on fabric weight, construction complexity, trims and quantity. Prices shown on product pages are indicative reference prices — send your style and target quantity on WhatsApp and you'll get an itemised quote within 24 hours.

How long does a 30-piece production run take?

Sampling 7–14 days, then 25–35 days for bulk after you approve the sample. Rush timelines are possible on simpler styles — ask before you book your launch date.

What do I need to send to start — do I need a tech pack?

No tech pack needed. A photo, a sketch, a Pinterest reference or a garment you already own is enough; our pattern team builds the tech pack and grading for you.

Do you offer private label and custom branding?

Yes — woven labels, printed care labels, hang tags, polybags and branded boxes are all part of the custom service, with no tooling fees.

Can I use my own fabric, or choose from your linen library?

Both. Most brands choose from our in-house linen library (100% linen, linen-cotton, linen-Tencel, washed and garment-dyed finishes). You can also nominate your own fabric, or send a swatch for us to match.

Do you ship internationally, and who handles duties?

We ship worldwide from Dongguan by DHL, FedEx or sea freight. Duties and import taxes are calculated at the destination; we can quote DDP for the US, UK, EU and Australia on request.
